How Fast Will My Order Ship?

All in stock items ship within 2 business days (most ship within 1 business day).

Available Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-4 weeks). We also offer expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail. Shipping rates for international orders and for Express Mail are calculated during checkout.

Do I Get Free Shipping?

All orders totaling over $250 (after discounts) that are shipped within the US are eligible to receive free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Policy & Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 30 days of purchase for a prompt exchange or refund.(See instructions below for packaging and mailing your return or exchange.)

If you are making a return, you will be refunded for the price of the item(s) less a return shipping charge of $6.99 (1 item) or $9.99 (2 or more items). If you are making an exchange, the original price of the item(s) less $6.99 (1 item) or $9.99 (2 or more items) will be credited toward an alternate item(s) of your choice. You will not be charged freight for the shipment of the replacement item. If the return or exchange was a result of our error or because of a defective product you will pay no return shipping charges.

We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. We will refund the same credit card originally used for purchase within two business days of receiving your return. We cannot refund shipping charges if your return was not due to our error.

For exchanges, if the product you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, we will email you an estimated date of when we expect the item to be available to ship. Due to seasonal items, some items may be sold out and not available. In this case, we will email you and refund your purchase or you can apply your credit to another item.

Note: If your original order exceeded $250 and you received free shipping, but the dollar amount of your return brings your order total below $250, the original shipping charge as well as a $6.99 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for international orders or clearance items.

Here's How to Return Your Item

1. Complete the return and exchange form included with your order or download the form and print it.
2. Pack all return items along with a completed return and exchange form in the return envelope included with your order or in a suitable alternate box/bag.
3. Fasten the prepaid return shipping label included with your order to the envelope.
4. Once you have packaged your return you may drop it off at any post office, hand it to any postal carier, or deposit it in any US Postal Service mail box.

Changing/Canceling an Order

Orders that have not shipped out may be changed or cancelled. However, most orders ship out the same day the order was placed. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes. To make any change to an order please contact us immediately.
