Christa-Taylor ensures a very high level of security for your online purchases. We utilize 128 bit secure encryption software (SSL) in our checkout process. This software encrypts all your personal information on the internet ensuring that it can only be decoded by us at Christa-Taylor. Once you enter our checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. When you are in secure mode you should notice one or more of the following: 1.) The "http" in the web address window changes to "https". 2.) Depending on your browser you should see either a padlock or a solid key in the lower portion of the your browser window. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our e-mail list, please unsubscribe by clicking the SafeUnsubscribe link at the bottom of any e-mail from Christa-Taylor.

How Fast Will My Order Ship?

All in stock items ship within 2 business days (most ship within 1 business day).

Available Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-4 weeks). We also offer expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail. Shipping rates for international orders and for Express Mail are calculated during checkout.

Do I Get Free Shipping?

All orders totaling over $250 (after discounts) that are shipped within the US are eligible to receive free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Policy & Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with the size or color (yea, some of us are still using retro monitors from the 80s that tweak the color a bit) or you’re just not happy with it, you can exchange it for an alternate size/color or in-store credit. (See instructions below for packaging and mailing your exchange.)

If you are making a return for in-store credit, you will receive an email code that kinda acts like a gift certificate. The credit can be redeemed anytime within 6 months, after that, the carriage turns back into a pumpkin.

You cover the shipping ($6.99 - $9.99) getting back to us, then we return the favor and cover the shipping ($6.99-$9.99) on the alternate size/color. It’s a 50/50 deal, a partnership of sorts =)

If the return or exchange was a result of our error or because of a defective product (aka broken zippers and whatnot) you will pay no return shipping charges and will receive a credit for the full purchase amount.

We will notify you by e-mail of your exchange or credit once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. The team works hard to ensure that everything is cleared up within 2 days of receiving your exchange.

We do not offer cash back on any purchase for any reason. In-store credit only.

For exchanges, if the product you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, we will email you an estimated date of when we expect the item to be available to ship. Due to seasonal items, some items may be sold out and no longer available. In this case, you can apply your credit to another item.

Here's How to Return Your Item

1. Complete the return and exchange form included with your order or download the form and print it.
2. Pack all return items along with a completed return and exchange form in the return envelope included with your order or in a suitable alternate box/bag.
3. Fasten the prepaid return shipping label included with your order to the envelope.
4. Once you have packaged your return you may drop it off at any post office, hand it to any postal carier, or deposit it in any US Postal Service mail box.

Changing/Canceling an Order

Orders that have not shipped out may be changed or cancelled. However, most orders ship out the same day the order was placed. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes. To make any change to an order please contact us immediately.
